All Sales Are Final
All products sold through Asterisk Archive — including beats, sound kits, sample packs and any other digital files — are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Because digital files are made available for download immediately upon purchase and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final once a transaction is completed. This is standard practice across the music production and digital content industry.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit under any ordinary circumstances.

What This Covers
This no-refund policy applies to all digital products including but not limited to beat leases (MP3, WAV, trackout/stems), exclusive beat purchases, sound kits, sample packs, and any other downloadable files sold through our store.
********************************************
Licensing
When you purchase a beat or sound kit, you are purchasing a licence to use that content within the terms specified at the time of purchase. The licence is granted upon payment and delivery of files. Licences are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Exceptions We May Consider
While we do not offer refunds as a matter of policy, we are a small collective and we are reasonable. If you contact us within 48 hours of purchase in any of the following circumstances, we will review your situation:
You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
Your files were never delivered and could not be resent after we attempted to resolve it
The files delivered were materially different from what was described
We may at our sole discretion offer a re-delivery, an exchange for another product of equal value, or store credit. This is not a right and is offered as goodwill only.
The following are not valid grounds for an exception: you changed your mind, the project was cancelled, you found a different beat elsewhere, or the beat did not perform as you expected creatively.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for a delivered digital product, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and licence issuance, flag your account and decline future purchases, and pursue recovery of funds where applicable under Australian consumer law.
If you have a genuine issue with your order, please contact us directly first at hello@asteriskarchive.cc — we will always try to make it right before it gets to that point.

Download Issues
If you are having trouble accessing or downloading your files, that is not a refund situation — that is a support situation and we will fix it. Email us with your order details and we will get your files to you.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is genuinely defective or not as described, your rights under ACL apply regardless of this policy.
